„Lancia. La storia di una rinascita” is a three-chapters docuseries, released weekly, designed to take viewers to November 27th, Lancia birthday anniversary.
The journey towards the next steps of the brand<s> </s>Renaissance unfolds between past and future, with Luca Napolitano, Lancia brand CEO, acting as the narrator, explores 3 key main topics such as heritage, mobility and design, together with different guests in each episode.

“Lancia has a story of powerful values. On one hand beautiful cars with timeless design, on the other, innovation and technology. From this century-old heritage, we led to design the Lancia of the future in the name of sustainable design: modern cars, made to move through the European cities of today and tomorrow. By revisiting our tradition, putting sustainability first, we created a timeless design language, made to last for at least the next 100 years. It is no coincidence that our goal is to have at least 50% of everything that can be touched inside the new Ypsilon – due to arrive early next year – to be recycled or recyclable,” stated Luca Napolitano, Lancia brand CEO.

The second episode, filmed at the Centro Stile in Turin, emphasizes the centrality of technology and sustainability, the two pillars driving the brand’s electrification process, in line with the Stellantis’ strategic plan “Dare Forward 2030”. Sustainability therefore becomes a common thread that brings together two fields: cars and the urban environment. The transition to electric mobility also offers a unique opportunity to rethink contemporary cities. Lancia brand CEO explores these themes accompanied by Walter Mariotti, Editorial Director at Domus, with the contribution from other guests such as Danila Giordano, Stellantis Color & Material Manager, and Rossella Guasco, Stellantis Vice-President, Color & Material Design.

The combination of Lancia tradition made of onboard well-being, attention to detail, elegance and comfort, and the use of circular economy principles, innovative and sustainable, recycled and recyclable materials, breathes life into sustainable design. A concept that embraces Sustylenability by Lancia, a word made up of “sustainability” and “style,” to define the characteristic design language of Lancia Pu+Ra HPE.
Thanks to partnerships with outstanding “Made in Italy” brands, sustainable materials have been used in the Lancia concept car’s refined interior, in line with the values stated in the brand’s 10-year strategic plan. One example of this process is the reinterpretation of an iconic historical material such as panno Lancia, which has been given a new identity through an eclectic contemporary material: velvet.

Based on the combination of sustainable mobility and intuitive technology, Lancia’s cars of the future will not only be 100% electric but will also guarantee a range of over 700 km, very low fuel consumption, and zero emissions. Innovation in the name of mobility will also result in ultra-fast charging times of under 10 minutes, so you can meet your daily needs.
Next week will mark the conclusion of the story, with the third episode of the docuseries “Lancia. La storia di una rinascita.”
